 (C.L.E.A.R) Coaching Program

The CLEAR Coaching Method is a targeted approach designed to empower Black women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) by addressing key areas crucial for success and career advancement. Each element of the CLEAR method represents a fundamental principle or strategy to support Black women in overcoming barriers, maximizing their potential, and thriving in their professional journeys.

  1. Confidence: Confidence is crucial for success in any field, including STEM. Encourage Black women to believe in themselves, their abilities, and their potential to excel in their chosen careers.

  2. Leadership: Empower Black women to cultivate their leadership skills. Encourage them to take on leadership roles, whether within their organizations or professional networks and to assert themselves as valuable contributors in STEM fields.

  3. Empowerment: Foster a sense of empowerment among Black women by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in their careers. Encourage them to advocate for themselves, seek growth opportunities, and overcome obstacles with resilience.

  4. Advocacy: Encourage Black women to advocate for themselves and others within the STEM community. Promote the importance of speaking up against bias, discrimination, and systemic barriers, and empower them to be agents of change within their workplaces and communities.

  5. Resilience: Resilience is key for navigating the challenges and setbacks that may arise in a STEM career. Encourage Black women to develop resilience by embracing failures as learning opportunities, maintaining a positive mindset, and persevering in the face of adversity.

B.U.T.T.E.R.F.L.Y Coaching Program for Black Girls

The BUTTERFLY Coaching Method is a holistic approach designed to empower and support Black girls on their journey towards personal growth, resilience, and fulfillment. Each letter in the acronym represents a key principle or strategy that guides the coaching process:

B - Belief: Encourage belief in oneself and one's abilities. Foster confidence and self-assurance.

 

U - Understanding: Cultivate empathy and understanding towards oneself and others. Recognize and validate emotions and experiences.

 

T - Transformation: Support growth and personal development. Embrace change as a catalyst for positive transformation.

 

T - Tenacity: Cultivate resilience and determination. Encourage perseverance in the face of challenges.

 

E - Empowerment: Promote empowerment and agency. Encourage taking ownership of one's choices and actions.

 

R - Resilience: Foster resilience in the face of adversity. Build inner strength and the ability to bounce back from setbacks.

 

F - Fulfillment: Encourage pursuing goals and dreams that bring fulfillment and joy. Emphasize the importance of self-discovery and authenticity.

 

L - Leadership: Develop leadership skills and qualities. Encourage stepping into leadership roles and making a positive impact in one's community.

 

Y - You Matter: Affirm the inherent worth and value of each individual. Encourage self-care and prioritizing one's well-being.

The method emphasizes fulfillment, encouraging individuals to pursue goals aligned with their passions and values. Leadership development is integral, empowering individuals to make a positive impact in their communities.

 

Throughout the process, the coach affirms the inherent worth and value of everyone, fostering self-compassion and self-love. By embracing the principles of the BUTTERFLY Method—Belief, Understanding, Transformation, Tenacity, Empowerment, Resilience, Fulfillment, Leadership, and You Matter—Black girls are empowered to spread their wings, embrace their potential, and soar to new heights of personal and professional success.

STEM Group
Mastermind Sessions

This group session will bring together like minded women in the STEM space that want to improve their professional standing. We will use the expertise in the room to assist all members in the development of a personal and professional statement of growth with measurable goals and objectives. We will hold each other accountable for the advancement of the growth statement goals and objectives. We will meet at least twice a month to discuss next steps and get updates. We will also gain new knowledge from experts outside of the group. Each group member will be assigned an accountability partner that will agree to walk with them through this journey.

STEM Speaker Series for Schools and Corporations

A series of speaker engagements around a particular subject chosen by the school or corporation. I will find and engage all speakers for the event. I will handle all of the speaker information including making sure that they are where they are to be, payments, green room items. I will be the intermediacy between the organization and the speaker.
